The 2012 NBA Finals Championship Series. The 2012 Finals was played by two strong, solid teams, the Miami Heat and the Oklahoma City Thunder. Both teams had outstanding athletes on the starting half, with Lebron, Bosh and D Wayde leading the Heat and Durant, Westbrook and Harden leading the OKC Thunder. Both teams were capable of doing damage in games. But, only one team came out on top, demolishing their opponent 4-1 in the finals series. The OKC recap of their time on the court was unrealistic. It appeared that the Thunder had came to the Finals without their game and love of basketball. What I have to say is that they choked once they had faced their opponents which were dominating on the court. The Heat in that series had much sympathy towards the game of basketball and they took the Finals serious, they took it personal. So the Heat brang their game shoes and the Thunder didn’t. What I thought about the series was that the Heat had played like a team and the OKC played like beginners, they were novices on the court, scared.

The 2013 NBA Finals Championship. The 2013 NBA Finals was played by the Miami Heat and the San Antonio Spurs. Their games were held in June and they had played a marvelous series of 7 games to take the trophy home. Lebron had faced the Spurs in the past with the Cleveland Cavaliers, but with the Heat it was his first time. Both Tim Duncan and Lebron James knew that they were in for a surprise once Lebron and Bosh signed with the Heat in 2010. So during the series, the games had gone back and forth with one team winning the first, the other winning the next, until the last game had come and one of the teams had turned the series around. In that case, the Miami Heat. In my opinion the Miami Heat had overturned the pattern of who would win the next game of the series. The Heat had played effectively until the very last seconds of the last game of the Finals. With the three leading stars of Miami, Lebron, D Wayde and Chris Bosh, the three of them dominated along with the rest of the Heats squad against the Spurs tight uprolling offense which was proficiently stacked with talent. In that case, my opinion was that the Spurs didn’t come prepared in the last game of the Finals, they didn’t show more want, to take the title away from their opponents, the Miami Heat.

The 2014 NBA Championship Series was played by the San Antonio Spurs and the Miami Heat. The Finals was played to 5 straight games with a jaw breaking series that was dominated and outscored by the San Antonio Spurs. The Miami Heat didn’t look like they wanted to come out and play their best against the Spurs. Although both teams were stacked with great match-ups between the two, the Spurs had showed more effort and played like an all around team unlike the Heat. The Heat, winning one game out of the series, showed very little effort to make a come back on the Spurs. I knew that once Lebron had made the Finals again, he was going to get shut down by the Spurs defense, including Kawhi Leonard who led behalf of the team to their victory by mostly of his lock down defense. What I thought about the series was that, once the Spurs came playing destructive, the Heat had gone into a lay down mode. The Heat had played like they didn’t even care once they had seen the fast paced tempo of the Spurs in game 1. In my opinion the old timer players on the Spurs had shown the young aged Heat how to play basketball.

The 2015 NBA Finals Championship. During the 2015 Finals, the Golden State Warriors and the Cleveland Cavaliers clashed together in the championship. The Warriors, having a great season, looked to take out the great Cleveland Cavaliers in the finals. The Cavaliers also having a great season had gained an old member of theirs, Lebron James. So the Cavaliers Association were expecting a trophy by the end of the series. But as the Warriors and the Cavaliers started to compete against each other in the finals, there was much frustration and confusion. What I saw during the 2015 Finals was lack of effort from the Cavaliers and no team work. So I think that’s why the Warriors had capitalized on the Cavaliers mistakes and easily swept them 4-2 ending the finals with the trophy in the their hands. I saw that there was much confusion with the Cavaliers team especially when there were mis matches between the good vs not so good, when the Cavs were defending. So all in all I thought that the series belonged to the Warriors because they showed very good teamwork and very good ball movement to win it.

On the day of 9/11 September 11, 2001 at around 8:45 am on a clear Tuesday morning, a plane had hit one of the towers of the World Trade Center in New York City, New York. After the first plane hit, a second had came hitting the second tower of the World Trade Center killing hundreds of suvillians. Then shortly after, another plane had crashed into the Pentagon right outside of Washington DC, but that wasn’t all, just after the third plane hit the Penntagon, a fourth one had hit a field in Pennsylvania leaving no survivors that were on the plane. It was said that the attacks were planned by Islamic terrorists just to terrorize the United States. In that case, all four planes were hijacked to destroy lives in the United States and many lives were taken on that historic day.

The 2016 NBA Finals Championship. During the series of games that the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Golden State Warriors played, it just happened to be nail biting in my opinion. In the series, I thought that the Cavaliers had made a great effort to make a come back and win the Finals while being down before in the series, 3-1. What I saw during the series with the Cavaliers was faith. What I saw with the Warriors was deceptive teamwork after they were up 3-1. So after their ambiguous, lack of team effort had started, the Cavaliers had tooken control of it and turned the series around to 3-3. The games prior to that were lack of effort from the Warriors because they thought they were going to easily sweep the Cavaliers. But the Cavaliers had hope, they had faith, they had confidence, and that’s why they came back and absolutely destroyed the Warriors spirit.

The 1971 NBA World Championship series was hosted in Baltimore or Milwaukee. The Eastern Conference Champions were the Baltimore Bullets. The Bullets had played the      world champions of the year before, the NY Knicks, in the semi-finals. But the Bullets had dethroned the Knicks to get to their only NBA Final appearance in Baltimore. The Western Conference Champions were the Milwaukee Bucks. The Bucks had played the LA Lakers in the semi-finals, sweeping them to a 4-1 game series. In the games of the NBA Finals, the Bucks had easily swept the Bullets, beating them with a game series of 4-0. In the 1971’s NBA Season, the Bucks had it all solved out.

The 1970 NBA World Championship Series was the championship round of the 1970 NBA Playoff. The Eastern Conference champion, the New York Knicks faced the Western Conference champion, Los Angeles Lakers. They both played a best of 7 games, but the series was won by the the NY Knicks, 4 games to 3 for their first NBA Title. The NY Knicks went through the 1970’s Finals very confident. They were capable of winning a title by seeing their talent on their team and by how the way they played athletically, physically and mentally on the court.
